About Asa
I am a professional artist in London and I hold a first-class degree from Central Saint Martins.
I have three years of experience working in the Arts at contemporary public galleries such as Kettle's Yard in Cambridge and Bold Tendencies in Peckham, so I understand the art world and what makes art impactful and engaging.
My speciality lies in sculpture, ceramics, and contemporary art.
I have experience of teaching art and ceramics to young people as I run family workshops at the Building Centre in London.
I am an attentive and insightful teacher able to work with students at any level to help them understand the process, context, and impact of their work.

Asa has great general knowledge and special interests which are like endless mines of information. He is really aware of the body and mind connection, and made me feel really understood and held with my access needs. I think he cares and retains genuine curiosity about his students and their work which allows for ideas and progress to follow!
