Sonil himself is a great coach and actor. He knows how to conduct an interactive acting workshop but my two cents are that he should create an challenging environment. He should give his students tasks both they are good at and also others which they find more challenging. I had the pleasure of being sir Sunil's student at the National Academy of Performing Arts in 2016.
Since then, I was lucky enough to have him as my acting instructor multiple times. I also had the honour of working in his direction in multiple state plays.

I had the pleasure of working with Sonil in a recent theatre production in Sydney, where he portrayed the role of my brother. This was my debut performance, and Sonil’s natural talent, warmth, and professionalism made the experience seamless. He created an environment in which I felt completely at ease, allowing me to step into my role with confidence. Even in the few dialogues I had, Sonil’s skill and presence helped bring out the magic in every moment. Great actor and a fantastic coach indeed!

Sonil was the experienced actor amongst new cast in my play KaMeeNi. He mentored 5 cast members, guiding and teaching them with kindness and skill. He built their confidence by enabling trust, with humour. He lead the team through exercises that built team morale, enhanced techniques such as blocking, voice projection, expressions, body language and build a great repoire.
