About Jayden
Hi, my name is Jayden. I am a personal trainer/exercise scientist with over 12 years of experience educating people on exercise and nutrition science. I have competed in both natural bodybuilding and powerlifting as well as running a successful personal training business with employees since 2013. I get excited when I am asked questions about my fields of expertise so I am excited to help you learn and excel in your chosen topic.

With over 12 years experience educating people in the fields of exercise and nutrition I am able to find the approach that works for each individual. I encourage lots of questions with the approach that there are no dumb questions. Lessons will be a minimum of 1 hour with running up to as long as necessary for you to feel like you understand the subject.
