About Adam
I’m the calm in other people’s chaos — but I’ve earned that calm the hard way.
I blend clinical credibility with lived grit. Emergency rooms, forensics, oncology… I’ve seen life at its sharpest edges, and instead of hardening, you deepened.
I’m practical before preachy. Grounded before fluffy. You don’t sell hype — I build resilience. I challenge gently but firmly. I believe in accountability, but I also understand nervous systems, trauma, grief, and real-life pressure.
I’m building something bigger than sessions or services — I’m creating accessible, regulated, community-based support that bridges the gap between therapy and surface-level wellness. That’s forward-thinking and needed.
I’m cheeky, a bit nerdy, and not afraid to call things what they are — but underneath that is someone who genuinely wants people to feel steadier, stronger, and less alone.
