He is very concerned about the weakness of his students and tries every method to improve the students ability by giving extra classes, giving motivational talks and also sharing life experiences for the benefit of his students. For him time is am important factor that should not be wasted, but when it comes to explaining what was done in practical he would move extra mile to explain details of the experiment or work done.
