About JIgyasa
Hello, my name is Jigyasa, and I am born and raised in India, where I also completed the majority of my academic work. My master's degree in sports, health, and exercise science from Brunel University London was recently finished.
I have the responsibility of teaching physical activity and gymnastics in a serious but enjoyable manner while working as a physical development instructor.
I have 10 years of experience teaching yoga and working as a fitness instructor.

I will teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga , Ashtanga yoga.During the yoga i will combine some fitness exercies also . The duration of class will be minimum 40 minutes and maximum 1 hour. Also teach meditation which help in maintaining balance between physical health and mental health.
