Hello, my name is Tamila. I'm from Uzbekistan, Tashkent. I have a huge experience with performances and international dancing competitions, getting Grand Prizes and 1st places under the category of Folk dancing. I offer lessons that will cover not only dance steps and the techniques but also some interesting information connected to cultural heritage, as well as the ability to integrate mimics into dancing. I try to create a friendly atmosphere, with no pressure regarding the possible mistakes or misunderstandings of the movement. Classes are suitable for all levels, because the Uzbek dance is divided into 3 schools: Ferghana (beginners), Khorezm (intermediate), and Bukhara (advanced). Therefore, we will anyways, start from scratch, so there is no pressure regarding the previous experience in dancing. Moreover, classes will include not only the coverage of the Uzbek dances themselves, but also will focus on exercises that will help you to feel the movement.
