About Robert
I am an experienced teacher of over thirty years standing who has built up considerable educational resources. Although now retired ten years I have remained active in using my skills as an educator/facilitator.
Recently I have made myself available to cover teachers in the secondary sector of education during the COVID crisis. This has allowed me to remain current with the latest changes in examination syllabuses used in my specialist subjects.
I am, therefore, more than comfortable in teaching primary, secondary and adult students who are keen to pass essential examinations in English and Mathematics.

I believe in promoting confidence through structured lessons that promote the student's strengths whilst targeting weaknesses. I am not there to be their school teacher but their guide as to how best to approach their chosen subject. This is a complementary one-to-one service which will enhance their learning and should be recognised as such.
The initial stages consists of building up an organised folder which is unique and personal to each student. It is to this that they will be returning to remind themselves of what they have learnt and the necessary short-cuts that they can use to meet the expectations of any examination board.
My message is a simple one:- EVERYONE CAN DO THIS!
