About Hannah
My lessons marries classical ballet-based movements, stretching, and breathing techniques, which all give students keys to unlock their true potential in and out of the classroom. Throughout the class you will learn tips and techniques to train like a professional all while, lengthening, toning, and stretching the body as well as personal insight and stories from my life as a professional dancer. Helping you to adapt these same skills to bring beauty, confidence, and inspiration into your everyday life!
