**My Teaching Approach**
**Teaching Philosophy & Methodology**
I believe in learning by doing. My classes blend theoretical foundations with hands-on, project-based learning that makes AI concepts tangible and exciting. Rather than just lecturing about algorithms, we build them together—whether it's training neural networks, implementing machine learning models, or creating AI applications that solve real-world problems.
My methodology focuses on:
- **Conceptual Clarity First**: Breaking down complex topics into digestible chunks before diving into implementation
- **Interactive Coding Sessions**: Live demonstrations where students code alongside me, debugging and problem-solving in real-time
- **Real-World Applications**: Every concept is tied to practical examples, especially in healthcare tech, where students see how AI creates meaningful impact
- **Incremental Challenges**: Starting with fundamentals and progressively building toward advanced topics, ensuring no one gets left behind
**Lesson Structure**
Typical lessons run **60-90 minutes**, structured as:
- Concept introduction and theory (20-25 minutes)
- Hands-on coding/implementation (30-40 minutes)
- Q&A, troubleshooting, and next steps (10-15 minutes)
For project-based sessions, we may extend to 2-hour workshops where students work on building complete AI systems from scratch.
**Qualifications & Experience**
I bring both academic expertise and entrepreneurial experience to the classroom. I've developed multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like CrewAI, worked extensively with large language models (Claude, LLaMA), and built production-level AI applications in the healthcare domain. My hands-on experience with deep learning architectures—particularly RNNs, LSTMs, and transformer models—means I teach what actually works in practice, not just textbook theory.
I'm passionate about making AI accessible and have created comprehensive learning materials, tutorials, and guides that help students master everything from basic Python to advanced neural network implementations.
