About Russ
Grammy nominated arranger, bandleader, saxophonist, record company founder. I have taught students all levels, from elementary school to professional.
Founder and leader of the Either/Orchestra, a world touring jazz ensemble, as well as Accurate Records, a jazz label with over 100 releases.
Recently have taught jazz history at MIT and teen jazz and rock ensembles at the Brookline Music School, as well as beginning flute in Boston Public Schools.
I am also a professional radio announcer on Classical Radio Boston (WCRB) and Jazz on WGBH.
