About Swati
I am currently a Doctoral candidate in the field of Neurosciences. Prior to this, I have two Master's degrees and a Bachelor's . I worked as a GRE instructor, and student counselor for 5 years and handled large cohorts of students , developed the course content, and excelled in the GRE before applying to grad school. I can also train you for the TOEFL exam, having got 117/120 in the test before I applied for grad school. I am familiar with the application procedure, having assisted several students in their application process from tutoring to building essays and letters of references. I can also hone your application to set you apart from other students, so you gain that additional edge which is required in this competitive world of higher education. I train students for the verbal section of the GRE. Each section has a few different techniques that can be applied , and the most benefit in terms of scoring can be from sentence equivalence and Text completion. Knowledge about double negative sentences, breaking down sentences, and working on similar examples is the key to cracking these portions of the GRE. Reading comprehension is trickier, but can be tackled well with practice. I will also send resources and links that will have similar practice questions, or will build such practices as we move forward.
