About Ashley
I have over a decade of experience in teaching and job planning. 2012-2018: KWT Group - Taught ESL and job readiness to adult learners in South Korea. Developed individualized curriculum for each student based on interests and needs. Conducted interviews, trained new and existing staff members. 2018-Present: Florida Department of Health & Pinellas County Government: Trains staff on a variety of concepts. Complete hiring & selection, interviewing.

My goal as a tutor is to prepare students interested in improving their job readiness. This includes a consultation about your job skills and career aspirations. Once the consultation is finished, I will help craft or review your resume to ensure that it appropriately conveys the skills for the jobs you would like to obtain. Lastly, I will provide simulated interview preparation and will provide feedback to help you nail the real interview. I have over a decade of experience within the business and healthcare sectors with resume preparation, hiring & selection, interviewing, and candidate selection.
