About Morgan
Morgan Milner is a Houston born and raised music educator who has spent the past eight years teaching in the Houston and Austin areas. Mr. Milner is a graduate of Texas State University with his degree in music studies.He was born into a family of musicians and picked up guitar at a very young age and became a guitar teacher at the age of fifteen coaching rock bands and teaching private lessons with All About Music and Arts under the mentorship of Linda Paredes and Grammy award winning JR Paredes. During his time at Texas State Morgan taught orchestra and private lessons with the Texas State String Project for 2 years. He student taught at Freiheit Elementary Keilly Schrey and Church Hill Middle School Orchestra with Karen Helsley. Morgan Milner has studied bass and guitar under Grammy Award winning David Dawson, Dr. Utah Hamrick, Brian Hornbuckle, Dr. Lex Vaulk, Brian Bejarano and Nick Dees.
