About Dan
I have been playing the guitar for over 15 years now. I have played in multiple bands throughout the years performing both original and cover songs. I have even recorded and released an album with a band around 5 years ago now, which was a lot of fun! I am currently playing in a busy covers band that gigs regularly around the South East. In my day job, I work as a Band Coach for iRock. I go into schools around Kent and teach Primary (YR-Y6) aged children how to play in a rock band. This involves teaching guitar, bass, keyboards, drums and singing, for a song that the children choose. At the end of each school term, we perform our songs to the whole school and parents.

NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ON NEW STUDENTS Playing guitar is fun! My main aim is to get you having fun by playing a song or part of a song by the end of the first lesson. Learning songs is the absolute best way to learn the guitar for players at all levels, whether you've picked up a guitar for the first time or you have been playing for years, there is always something new you can learn. We will explore the music and songs that you love, break them down and learn them together. As we progress, we can move onto learning how to read guitar tab, chord charts, guitar techniques, chords and scales that can get you playing more and more songs until you are a bona fide shredster!

Dan is knowledgeable, patient, and clear when it comes to teaching, as well as being approachable and easy-going.
