I would establish a clear goal of what skills and techniques we would like to achieve in a realistic time. Fundamentally we would go over what is required to establish a strong foundation of building what makes a solid guitarist: chords, timing, rhythm, riffs and licks. We would achieve this via the deconstruction of your favourite songs so as to always keep you as the student engaged and interested.
