About Rakesh
I am an Engineering graduate with a genuine passion for fitness that goes beyond just going to the gym. I have been training consistently for years, and along the way I developed a deep understanding of workout programming, body mechanics, and nutrition — not from theory alone, but from lived experience and serious self-study.
My own fitness journey taught me discipline, consistency, and the importance of doing things the right way from day one. I currently prepare for SSB and Government defense exams, which demands a high level of physical and mental fitness every single day — and that keeps me sharp, committed, and walking the talk as a coach.
I have guided friends and peers with their fitness goals and have always been told that I explain things clearly, keep sessions motivating, and genuinely care about results. I bring that same energy and commitment to every student I train.

My fitness sessions are designed for anyone who is serious about transforming their body and building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has been training inconsistently and needs proper structure, I will meet you where you are and take you forward from there.
Each session covers correct workout techniques, injury-free form, personalised training plans, and practical nutrition guidance suited for an Indian lifestyle. I do not believe in shortcuts — I believe in building real strength, real stamina, and lasting discipline. My coaching style is motivating, structured, and honest — I will push you when you need it and guide you every step of the way.
