About Ankita
Yoga can be a simple and enjoyable form of exercise. It is suitable for all age groups. Yoga has the ability to calm the mind whilst keeping the body fit. As an extension of Yoga, one goes to develop better sleeping patterns, mindfulness and eating habits.
I am passionate about Yoga and would love to share my knowledge to help others. I believe it can only make a positive change in anyone's life.

Yoga is for everyone.
I structure my lessons after understanding the student's goals and capabilities. Each class is curated for my pupil.
The class will include mediation techniques, followed by yoga postures along with key information about each step and asana (posture).
I am well versed with the dos and donts of Yoga and will taken into consideration any health related queries.
