About Ihtesham

Hello, I’m Ihtesham, a UX Designer with a background in Software Engineering. Over the years, I have worked on real-world projects involving UI/UX design, mobile app interfaces, branding, and motion graphics for companies and startups. This combination of technical knowledge and creative expertise allows me to teach design in a way that is practical, structured, and industry-focused. I specialize in teaching UX Design (Figma, prototyping, wireframing, usability). My approach is hands-on—students learn by working on real projects and building a portfolio that showcases their skills. What sets me apart as a tutor is not just teaching the tools, but also helping students understand how design solves problems, enhances user experience, and creates impact. My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether you are: - A beginner taking your first step into design, - A student looking to strengthen your skills alongside your studies, or - A professional aiming to upskill and grow your career. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging environment, where students feel confident to ask questions, experiment, and express their creativity. By the end of our lessons, you will not only know the tools but also how to think like a designer and approach projects with confidence and clarity. If you’re ready to transform your creativity into real design skills, I’d be excited to guide you on this journey.

About the lesson

My Teaching Method & Techniques

I believe in learning by doing. My lessons are highly interactive, where students don’t just listen but design in real time. I combine theory with practical exercises, focusing on real-world examples and case studies. I ensure students practice as they learn, building confidence step by step.

A Typical Lesson Plan

Introduction (5–10 mins) – Quick overview of the topic and objectives.

Concepts & Demonstration (20 mins) – Breaking down techniques with simple explanations and live demos.

Hands-on Practice (20–30 mins) – Students work on a small task/project under my guidance.

Feedback & Q/A (10–15 mins) – Constructive feedback and answering questions to clear doubts.

Wrap-up & Next Steps (5 mins) – Recap + assigning a mini-task for portfolio building.

Each lesson is project-oriented, so by the end of the course, students will have a professional portfolio to showcase.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor

Creative + Technical Blend → With a background in both Software Engineering and Design, I bridge creativity with functionality.

Industry Experience → Worked on UI/UX projects, branding, and animations for companies.

Tailored Learning → I adapt my lessons to the student’s goals – whether you want to design your first UI, build a portfolio, or prepare for a design job.

Supportive Mentor → I don’t just teach tools; I also share career insights, workflow tips, and industry best practices.
