Yoga is not fitness, but it is a path that allows you to combine body, mind and spirit: hence the word 'Yoga' means 'Union'. It is a discipline in which you can truly be yourself and the lessons are fully customizable. There are no limits in Yoga and there is no competition! Yoga is FOR YOU: it is the practice that adapts to your body and it is not the body that adapts to the practice.
