About Julia
I had my first contact with yoga in 2012, but it wasn't until 2018 that I was introduced to hatha vinyasa and that's when I decided that I would teach other people sharing this passion.
I graduated from Hatha Vinyasa with Camila Reitz by the 2020 class and I always seek to deepen my knowledge and help everyone in their practices and in the pursuit of self-knowledge.
Yoga is love and we must propagate this love.

The practice of Hatha Vinyasa is for everyone, for all ages and all types of practitioners, from beginner to advanced.
I believe yoga is a self-knowledge tool and a way to work the body and mind.
The class is 1hr15min, and consists of pranayama, asanas, meditation, yoganidra and mantras.
