I mate Mandeep at Tim Hortons she was a Manager for the store and I was just a team member. She is a fantastic leader who always had a positive attitude and made everyone feel valued and appreciated.she's also a great communicator and always made sure that everyone was on the same page, which helped the team to work efficiently and effectively. And mainly she is very approachable and easy to talk to and that helped the team members to voice our opinions and concerns. She's also very supportive of all employees and always encouraged them to reach their full potential.
