I have a bachelor's degree B Sc(Non Medical) with aggregate of 84.318% and then a master's degree M.Sc(Physics) with aggregate of 80.9%. I know where students find it difficult to learn the subject. How to effectively explain topics and concepts to students (showing 2D-3D diagrams, giving examples, giving relevant current knowledge, history and background). That's why I am always flexible to adopt the best technique to teach my students.The method of teaching and imparting knowledge to the students depends on both the teacher and the student. A teacher's efforts to teach effectively, flexibly, and expressively are successful when the student makes the effort to learn, gain, and work hard.Hence the co-operation of both the teacher and the student can give great results.It can help in overall development of in-built qualities of student, enhance student's learning and creating power.It can give a positive growth to the student not only in academia but in life's other aspects as well.
