About Srushtee
I am a certified yoga instructor with 200-hour training from Yoga Alliance USA, which has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively guide students through a safe and beneficial yoga practice. Furthermore, I have also completed 85 hours of prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training from Yoga Alliance USA, which has given me the expertise to guide expectant mothers through a healthy and fulfilling pregnancy.
