About Alexis
I am an honest, loving, humorous, genuine teacher. I am intuitive and can tell when a student may need a little extra help but may nor want to ask for it. I was that student. I try to add lightness to my classes with smiles and laughs when naturally given the opportunity. I love when my students have the comfort and desire to keep coming back and strengthening their practice.

My lessons are usually theme based. The most popular are stress relief and Hatha yoga. It is like a level of Euphoria when i see a student over come their bodies and minds challenges and are able to accomplish their goals whether they be spiritual or physical.
