My Approach to Tutoring
Techniques and Teaching Methodology
I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to meet individual needs. I use a mix of:
Interactive teaching – encouraging questions, discussions, and active participation.
Step-by-step guidance – breaking complex topics into simple, clear explanations.
Practical examples – relating concepts to real-life situations so students can understand and remember better.
Practice and feedback – using exercises, quizzes, and past papers to reinforce learning and build confidence.
I also make sure to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
Typical Length of a Lesson
Most of my lessons are 1 hour long, which is enough to cover new content and practice without overwhelming the student. However, I can adjust to 45 minutes or 90 minutes depending on the student’s needs and focus level.
My Qualifications and Experience
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology.
I have teaching and tutoring experience at the primary and secondary school level.
I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Pashto, which helps me communicate with students from different backgrounds.
My experience includes both one-to-one tutoring and classroom teaching, so I can adapt to different learning settings.
