About Idil
Mental and physical well-being has always been at the heart of my life since I was 15 years old. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years. Since I was 19 years old, I myself have received many reiki sessions and after having experienced its energy of healing and relaxation, I decided to follow a formation and to apply it to other people for 3 years. now.
I am titular of a M2 in International Business Management and works as a marketing and communication assistant for 4 years.

Reiki is an art of spiritual healing that takes root in Japan. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means "Universal Life" and (Ki) which means "Energy". Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not a belief, but a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. A Reiki session can help relieve tension and stress and can help the body create a healing environment at all levels: physical, mental and emotional. Each session usually lasts between 30 to 60minutes. A discussion will take place during a first session with a Reiki practitioner. I will then describe the session, give you the opportunity to discuss any particular problem and ask you what you hope to get from the reiki method. Unlike massage therapy, no clothes are removed and you are still fully clothed; loose and comfortable clothes are suggested. If you prefer not to be touched during the session, you can let me know before you start. Reiki is an excellent tool to reduce stress and relax. Many people use it for well-being. Reiki is not a cure for the disease, but it can help the body create an environment that facilitates healing. It is an excellent tool to use in addition to traditional medicine, no wonder it is practiced in many hospitals and medical facilities.
