I was director of cross-functional IT programs in a large bank for many years. On this type of position with multiple interlocutors intervening on different subjects and at different levels of expertise, the organization and a very precise follow-up of the activity of each one are essential to arrive at the final objective.
I apply this logic in the management of my courses by relying on my technical and organizational knowledge.
Thus, even with many students, it is possible to work at a level of detail that allows each student to achieve his goal.
In terms of pedagogy, in general I recommend teaching based on playful media for the youngest. But above all, I adapt the teaching to the students and the wishes of the parents.
In all cases, we build an individual project together and carry it out with the appropriate teaching aids.
