• 1. When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

  When I came to Canada as an international student to learn and perfect my English, my teachers were very passionate about what they did and everyone I met was willing to engage in conversation, even though my English wasn't 100% perfect. This inspired me to become a Spanish tutor and offer that same passion for teaching something as valuable as a new language to anyone out there that would be interested in learning it. Because it goes deeper than a language. It's a new culture, new relationships, new experiences, new knowledge and ultimately new beginnings.

• 2. What makes you passionate about your subject?

  The fact that I can share not only my language but also my culture and where I come from with people that welcome and receive the information with a similar passion, but one for learning.

• 3. What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?

  Something I really like about tutoring is that rewarding feeling of knowing that I helped someone improve their skills or that I cleared out any doubts that they once had. I love helping people.

• 4. Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

  Every single person that helped me throughout my English learning journey is an inspiration to me.

• 5. What are your keys to success?

  Resilience, discipline, sacrifice, believing in one self.
