About Jabed
I have worked with a range of students in inner London from different backgrounds teaching: GCSE Economics, GCSE Business, A-level Economics.
My qualifications are:
BA Economics from University of Manchester (2013)
PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status from UCL (2014)
NPQSL from Department of Education. (2023)
I qualified as a teacher in 2014 and then progressed to Head of Faculty running two departments (economics and business). I have also been a private tutor for the past year. In total I have taught over 10,00 hours of business and economics lessons so far.
In my spare time I enjoy painting and video games.

Interactive and informative. My lesson style typically involves using a google doc to help structure the lesson and I like to provide live feedback in real-time. Using google doc is also a useful way for students to review their learning at their own pace after the lesson..
10 years teaching experience including running a economics department. I use space retrieval practice to help students strengthen their core knowledge and provide exam practice.
