About Saisri
I'm an engineer and I worked in IT industry for over 4 years where I learnt that health should be given utmost importance because once we lose it we have to pay a very big price. Lately I've realized and done so much research on what to eat, how to change our habits, how to reduce stress and anger issues and keep our mind peaceful. So I feel that I'm good enough to share my knowledge with more people and make them healthy.

I will first findout about the students health history and then I will start with basics of healthy food and what to eat and when to eat and how to reduce anger and stress slowly by trying to implement the things that they learned here in their daily lives and see the improvement.
