Hello! I'm a passionate home cook with over 15 years of experience exploring cuisines from around the world, including Indian, Mediterranean, Italian, Thai, and Korean cooking. Over the years, my greatest interest has become healthy cooking and finding ways to make nutritious meals genuinely enjoyable, satisfying, and easy to prepare.
