About Kate
I’m a holistic therapist and yoga teacher, guided by the belief that movement is a form of medicine — a way to reconnect with the body, soothe the mind, and return to a place of presence. My practice and teaching are rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep listening. I completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in India, where I immersed myself in traditional teachings, daily rituals, and the spiritual foundations of yoga. Teaching allows me to share this wisdom in an accessible, down-to-earth way — offering supportive, non-judgemental guidance that meets you where you are. My intention is always to create a safe, nourishing space where you can move gently, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.

My approach to yoga tutoring is gentle, grounded, and deeply human. I offer a welcoming space where you’re invited to show up exactly as you are — no expectations, no pressure. Through intuitive, embodied movement and breath awareness, I guide you from a place of compassion and non-judgement, meeting you wherever you are on your journey. Each session is a co-creation — informal, friendly, and rooted in presence — designed to support your practice in a way that feels nourishing, accessible, and true to you.
