My goal is to teach you how ti
not need me! I utilize visual and practical teaching methods that are meant to give you the resources you need to develop your own study plan without the need for
a tutor.
A typical lesson will start with an introduction to the function of the system(s) that we’ll be discussing. Once we understand what the body does, we’ll start to understand how it works and the parameters it has to work within, which teaches us how to recognize when the body is functioning beyond its limits.
I have tutored for 3+ years in a college setting and have volunteered for nearly 2 years as a 1:1 English as a second language tutor- this might sound odd for a sciences tutor, but I fully believe that understanding the language of anatomy and physiology is the key to a successful student.
My lessons are ideal for undergraduate health sciences majors- nursing, pre-PA, pre-dental, pre-med, exercise science, nutrition, you name it. I’m here to help you learn it for life.
