About Randa
I'm an award-winning filmmaker, director, creative coach and mentor with a passion for stories that create connection, spark dialogue, and inspire change.
My work focuses on visual storytelling, directing, and helping people discover the heart of their story. Rather than teaching technical filmmaking, I guide students in understanding how stories evoke emotion, communicate ideas, and leave a lasting impact. Whether you're creating a short film, a feature, a documentary, social media content, or developing a personal project, storytelling is always at the center.
Alongside my work as a filmmaker, I have taught filmmaking and storytelling at film schools in both the Netherlands and Lebanon. Working with students from different cultural backgrounds has strengthened my belief that while every story is unique, the principles of authentic storytelling are universal.
Throughout my career, I've developed and directed socially engaged projects that give a voice to underrepresented perspectives and encourage meaningful conversations. My work has been recognized internationally and has been presented at film festivals and cultural events, reflecting my belief that storytelling can be both artistic and socially relevant.
As a coach and mentor, I create a supportive and collaborative learning environment where curiosity, creativity, and personal growth come first. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, whether you're looking for creative guidance, project development, or a deeper understanding of visual storytelling.
I believe everyone has a story worth telling. My role is to help you discover yours and tell it in a way that truly connects with your audience.

Storytelling is more than writing a script or making a film. It's about understanding people, emotion and connection. Whether you're creating a documentary, social media content, a campaign or a fictional film, the principles of visual storytelling remain the same.
Because every person has a different story to tell, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching and mentorship.
Our first session is about getting to know you: your goals, your creative ambitions and where you currently are in your journey. Are you looking for creative coaching? Do you want guidance on a specific project? Or are you looking for a structured learning path in visual storytelling and directing? Together we'll determine the approach that best fits your needs.
My coaching and mentorship focus on storytelling rather than technical filmmaking. I teach you how to create meaningful narratives, direct authentic performances, communicate through visual language and make intentional creative choices that strengthen your story.
Whether you're working on a short film, a feauture, a documentary, social media content, a campaign, a personal project or simply want to become a stronger visual storyteller, every session is tailored to your goals.
My aim is not only to help you create better stories, but also to help you discover your own creative voice and develop the confidence to tell stories that truly connect with others.

Details
Material Review & Preparation
Each one-on-one coaching or mentorship session includes preparation time for materials directly related to the upcoming session.
For extensive material reviews, such as full scripts, treatments, documentaries, or longer video projects, an additional review fee applies:
Up to 15 minutes/pages - written material/video material, add $50.
Up to 50 minutes/pages - written-material/video material, add $100.
Over 50 minutes/pages - written material/video material, add $200.
The additional review fee will be confirmed before the review process begins. This allows me to provide thoughtful analysis and focused feedback tailored to your project.
To prepare for our session, I review your submitted materials in advance. This includes reading scripts, treatments, synopses, and other written material, as well as watching video material.
Logistics & Cancellation Policy
All one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and consultation sessions are conducted online. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment to participate in the session without interruptions.
Once payment has been received, your session(s) will be scheduled immediately based on availability.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session can be rescheduled without additional charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
No-shows will be charged in full.
This policy ensures dedicated time is reserved for each client and allows for proper preparation of each session.
