About Natasha
I am an ICF-certified transformational Life coach. In my practice, I use my counseling skills, work with feelings and emotions, and use somatic coaching practices. I believe in the wisdom of our bodies through movement, yoga, meditation, and creativity. I find metaphoric cards a great tool for understanding the unconscious mind and intuition.
