- I endeavor to modify my teaching method according to each student's learning styles and preferences by being a observant, patient, actively listening and an empathetic educator.
- While I will work towards ensuring that they can achieve the objective academic goals they have set, I intend to generally approach classes with a mindset of firstly ensuring that they know why we are learning the topic and therefore enabling them to want to do so, making sure basic concepts are understood properly, helping them form relations with other things they are learning, and providing them with challenges to use this newly gained knowledge.
