Our child was recently tutored by Pierce in chemistry and we couldn’t be happier with him and the overall experience. We were immediately impressed with Pierce’s depth of knowledge as well as his approach to teaching, as chemistry always seemed to be a frustrating topic for our daughter. Despite being a high school junior himself, it was evident that Pierce has a strong command and depth of knowledge of chemistry, and was always well prepared for each session. Pierce has a patient and calm teaching style that made it easy for our daughter to ask questions and work through topics she found very difficult, without her ever feeling rushed, overwhelmed or frustrated! As a result of Pierce’s tutoring our daughter showed noticeable improvement in her test scores and homework grades, and also developed a better attitude towards chemistry as a whole. Pierce has a great, “can do” attitude and was always very supportive. We are so happy with the results he got, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch tutor.
