As a high school student who understands the pressures of academics, extracurriculars, and social life, I teach relaxation techniques that are simple, effective, and easy to fit into any busy schedule. My teaching method combines guided breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and gentle stretches to help students reduce stress and improve focus.
A typical lesson begins with a short check-in to understand how you’re feeling and identify any sources of stress. Then, I guide you through tailored relaxation exercises, explaining the purpose and benefits of each technique. We finish with a reflection on how you felt during the session and discuss ways to practice relaxation daily. I encourage questions and adapt each lesson to your comfort level.
What sets me apart is that I’m a peer who truly gets what it feels like to be overwhelmed by school and life’s demands. I offer patient, supportive guidance in a calm, non-judgmental space. My goal is to empower students to manage stress independently and feel more balanced.
