About Tharini
I have studied Indian Classical Music for 6 years when I was 6, which laid a good foundation for my Western Choir Singing studies. I am in a professional, Music Extension high school program, where we study long, advanced pieces of 8 part choral music. I am also well versed in music theory, as I also have been playing piano for 6 years. Learning to read music has made singing easier and I want to be able to share that with future students.

I've been singing for as long as I can remember and I want to share the joys of music with young kids. I would teach rudimentary breathing, note-matching skills as well as reading music/music theory. I've been learning choir professionally at school under the guidance of skilled vocal teachers, studying advanced choir music. This tutoring is mainly for younger kids, because I love interacting with children. I just want this to be a way to give back to my community and do something I love.
