About Lanie
I’ve played violin for many years now, been concertmaster multiple times, and have conducted many orchestras. I’ve also taken brand new groups of students and brought them up to a proficient level to play in the orchestra. Music is my passion, and I want to share my love for it with others.

My favorite way to teach is to lead by example. I’ll work a lot on the basics, especially within understanding the music and why it’s important. Music is a huge part of my life, and I am an aspiring music teacher. I plan to attend college for violin performance, then go to grad school more music education. My lessons would be best suited for students with a basic understanding of the instrument, (posture and basic note reading), but I can work with most levels.
