About Swarnayan
I’m Swarnayan, a Bansuri flutist and dedicated classical music educator with over 20 years of disciplined training in Hindustani classical music.
My musical foundation began with intensive vocal training in the Bishnupur Gharana, under Pt. Pranay Pathak (Grand-disciple of Acharya Jayanta Bose) which deeply shapes my approach to flute performance. I later trained under disciples of Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia of the Maihar Gharana, specializing in the Gayaki Ang style — an expressive approach that brings vocal nuance and lyrical phrasing into Bansuri playing.
This rare combination of vocal and flute training allows students to experience Bansuri as a living, expressive art form rather than just a technical instrument.
I work with students across the UAE through structured and personalized online sessions.

Details
My lesson fee is AED350 per hour for fully private one-to-one online classes.
The fee includes structured lesson planning based on the student’s level, personalized Riyaz and practice guidance, and learning support materials where required. Progress feedback and limited WhatsApp assistance between lessons are also included.
Lessons are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet at mutually convenient times.
This profile is intended for students based in UAE. Fees are fixed and non-negotiable, except for advance multiple class bookings.
