History teacher and examiner (AQA, Edexcel, GCSE, iGCSE and A-level) with 11 years of experience.

I've really enjoyed having lessons with Luke and would definitely recommend him.

He made sure to go through every topic in detail and was incredibly patient with all the questions I had! In the end, he managed to help me achieve a Grade 9 in my History GCSE, so I'm very grateful for all his help!

Luke tutored my daughter during year 11 for GCSE History. This was a fortnightly online session and really helped with her confidence. Luke quickly built a good rapport with her and made the topics fun to learn about

Luke has been tutoring my daughter for her GCSE History. He is so enthusiastic and organised, always exceptionally prepared and 100% engages with what my daughter needs to gain from a session. His knowledge of the exams and structure is extensive, and exactly what we needed. Luke has such an easy, enthusiastic and friendly manner he put my daughter at ease straight away - he has even reignited her enjoyment of history. Would highly recommend.

Great tutor! Real exam focus

Luke is helping me with Edexcel History. He uses past exam questions and gives me model answers

Luke was great at helping my child understand the mark scheme for the iGCSE. very knowledge and responsive to queries.

Luke is a friendly and patient tutor who worked well with our neurodivergent daughter. He quickly tailored lessons to suit her learning style where she remained engaged for the duration of her sessions. He created easy to use revision materials and had an abundance of knowledge surrounding the examination requirements. Luke has a good depth of knowledge with both GCSE and IGCSE. We would wholeheartedly recommend Luke to anyone.
