About Coach Maru
I smoked for 13 years. I know firsthand what it’s like to want to quit, to try different methods, and to live with that constant inner tension between the desire to quit and smoking in autopilot.
My turning point didn’t come from fear, discipline, or external pressure. It came from awareness — from understanding myself, my emotions, and the role smoking played in my life. That inner shift changed everything, and it’s what eventually led me to this work.
What quitting gave me was freedom. Freedom of choice. I no longer "had" to smoke. From that place, I began to reconnect with my body, with physical activity, with being outdoors. My relationships changed too — they became closer, more present, more authentic, no longer blurred by cloud of smoke.
My background in coaching allows me to offer a structured yet deeply human space, grounded in lived experience, self-awareness, and real transformation. This work is not about theory. It’s about reclaiming freedom and building a life where smoking is no longer needed.
I truly believe quitting smoking can be a light, liberating, and meaningful process.

This work is not about willpower or fighting cravings.
It’s about understanding why you smoke, the role cigarettes play in your life, and allowing change to emerge through your own process.
I work with self-awareness, coaching tools, and practical strategies to support your process — one that is respectful, compassionate, and sustainable. There is no judgment, no pressure, and no rigid method, only what genuinely fits you.
Each process is unique and begins with observation, exploration, and experimentation. The focus is on understanding your personal triggers, patterns, and motivations, and working with them in a realistic way. The work continues beyond the sessions, through ongoing reflection, practical steps, and a committed engagement with a smoke-free life.
The approach is gentle yet deep, structured yet flexible, and oriented toward long-term freedom rather than short-term control.
These sessions are for people who want to improve their relationship with themselves, not just stop a habit.
