About PARAG
I am a science student having my degree in Mechanical engineering with specialization in air conditioning & refrigeration . After this I have done my Post Graduation in Yoga Vidhya in which we learnt various forms of Yoga and Yoga Treatment for Health & Fitness . I have practically learnt all types of Yoga and meditation Techniques. I have also learnt Reiki science .
