I love working 1 on 1 with people and I usually approach the sessions by listening to your main concerns and finding a way to work with them so you get what you need while make the changes you have to. I use a little tough love, a little inspiration, I listen to spirit and I also deal in facts. There is always truths to health that can easily be incorporated into everyone's idea of how they want their life to look and feel.
