About Emma
Hello! My name is Emma and I'm a fourth year honours physiology student at McGill University. I am passionate about science and inspiring the same passion in young people.
I know that when school is challenging it can be discouraging. My goal is to help you feel confident in your abilities. I firmly believe that everyone can learn anything as long as they are taught in the way that works best for them.
Outside of school, I enjoy sports, reading, and art. I look forward to meeting you!

From experience, I know that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my lessons and teaching methods based on the student. I like to use analogies relevant to the student, as well as activities and practice exercises.
My lessons are for students looking for extra support in the areas I teach, as well as students who are looking to get ahead in school or learn something completely new. I will use my first lesson to get to know you and your needs as a student so that I can help you to the best of my abilities.

Emma tutored my daughter math and I can say that my daughter has greatly improved not only her knowledge, but also her confidence. Emma is kind and understanding of students’ needs and can adjust her teaching methods accordingly. I greatly recommend her.
Emma is a really great person and really helps you understands the concepts. She understands everything super well down to the fundamentals and makes it easy for you to grasp the underlying concepts. She was able to change her tempo to best match mine. Overall 10/10.
