Lauren is a kind and supportive teacher with over 10 years of experience. She teaches a wide range of dance styles and she’s also a trained yoga teacher. Lauren has taught in schools and for dance companies, led workshops and can teach a range of choreographic techniques and performance skills to take you to the next level!
