About Anthony
Aspiring entrepreneur and brand builder! I started building my personal training credentials and digital space during the pandemic when all of the gym facilities have closed down. I thought launching my career was impossible at the time but with the help of a few friends and my psychotherapist, I was able to take off into the career I wanted to be in and have been running my own business ever since!

I train my clients in a trial and error approach to see what exercises and programs they like and what they don't like. I would often give out verbal cues to my clients if they ever made an error in their form or technique and physically cue them if necessary. I would often do a full-body workout lesson plan unless I had a discussion with my clients about their training and programming preferences. What sets me apart from other personal trainers is my unique approach to mental health and coaching. I take on clients that are sedentary or have some training and athletic backgrounds.
