About Bára
I am very interested in languages and geography; I proudly boast that I can sing in a dozen languages and identify each nation in the world by its flag.
Along with my great interest in languages, I am a long suffering, but optimistic, follower of the Icelandic national handball team. I have played handball from the age of 5. Additionally, I am a keen musician and I have played the cello since the age of 5.
More recently, I have expanded upon this interest in music, picking up the guitar, ukulele, and piano.

I belive learning a language should not feel like a chore. Making lessons fun and lively makes all the difference in comprehending what you're trying to learn. That doesn't mean it won't be hard or challenging at times.
I'd be happy to teach anywhere from absolute beginners to intermediate learners, and of any age!
